To ensure the excellence of this cuisine, Kaz Bayati has established a kitchen brigade trained in the Persian tradition respecting the techniques, hierarchy and discipline of their trade. Executive Chef San Sethachutkul, along with Co Owner and Operational Director Parvez Eliaas.
